Delivery & Returns
All purchases are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery and will generally take 1-2 business days (this is following sign-off on any bespoke items purchased).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on it's way so you can look forward to it's arrival.
I will do my best to ensure that your order reaches you within the stated delivery times, however, please note that there are rare occasions where factors outside my control can affect delivery.

Please make sure that your email / shipping address is correct to avoid further hiccups.
If you suspect a lost delivery, please contact me and I will look into it for you. Please note if your order doesn’t fit through the letterbox and there is no one in to receive it, Royal Mail should leave you a calling card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted and how to rearrange delivery or collect your item.
Returns & Exchanges
I am unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on products from my collection due to the personalisation of orders. However if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives damaged, please let me know and I will replace this free of charge.
